At CamyCares, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your fresh order with us.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products in their original condition within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Email us at camy@camycares.com with the following details, tell us the issue you encounter with our products and we will assist you with the return:
1- Email subject: [order number] - Return Request
2- Item(s) in the order that you would like to request for return
3- Tell us why you would like to request for return
4- Attach photo(s) for reference to substantiate your request
Return is shipped to the designated address at your expense, with a courier of your choice.
Products that belong to the same order must be returned at the same time in one single package.
Products must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received by you.
We will refund the value of returned product(s) if conditions are satisfied.
